With experience of more than 15 years of search and rescue as a dog handler, and after several K9 SAR operations and prizes during competitions, the passion of detection work inspired me to create PK-9 Detection Dogs in 2005.
For the last 8 years we have offered a canine bed bug detection service. For even longer, our arson dogs detection services where used in collaboration with the Sûreté du Québec, other police services, forensic engineering firms and various insurance companies. All have relied on the PK-9 detection dogs to identify accelerant on fire scenes. We have also trained dogs in Geneve Switzerland for DETECTIONS.CH specifically for bed bug detection.
